The realization I've drawn having read this essay is that to some degree, we're all racist.

I agree that all white folks are racist. My definition of racism is racial prejudice + power. White folks have the institutional power and so we are the racist ones. Here are further thoughts on that idea and some other key definitions.

I'm glad you got something out of this post. It's nice to know when people are reading and thinking about things I've written :)
